Terms of service

The following terms (hereinafter referred to as: “the terms”) apply between you and the owner of the Love’n Layer trademark; Loveli Beauty AB (Co. reg. no. 559322-9304), (hereinafter referred to as: “Love’n Layer”; Loveli Beauty AB may also be referred to as “us” and “we”) and apply to all use of the website and the orders placed on lovenlayer.com and lovenlayer.se (hereinafter referred to as: “the website”). Love’n Layer reserves the right to change the terms and the latest date of their amendment at any time. This date is specified at the bottom of the terms. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated regarding such amendments. Please note that the terms that apply to your order are always the terms that were current at the time you placed your order and not a later version. You should keep a copy of these terms for future reference.
The language of the General Terms and Conditions is English. 

ORDER

By using the website and/or placing an order on the website, you confirm that you have read the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and that you accept them. Make sure you have read and understood the terms before placing an order.
Before placing your order, you will have the opportunity to review your choices, the information you have provided, and the total price of your order, and can correct any input errors at that time. Please note that the products in your shopping cart are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers until you have completed the order at checkout and received your order confirmation by e-mail. If the connection to the website is interrupted due to prolonged inactivity, your product selections may disappear. In this case, you will need to re-add your desired products to the shopping cart.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation containing your order number, the details of the product(s) you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery information. Once you have received this, the order has been completed.
Please note that Love’n Layer does not guarantee that all products presented on the website will be in stock or available to order. Love’n Layer reserves the right to stop selling a product. Pursuant to the “Contract Act”, orders can only be placed by persons who are 18 years of age or older.

PAYMENTS

CARD PAYMENTS
We accept payments with the following cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express. For security reasons and to prevent attempts to commit fraud, purchases made with a VISA, MasterCard or American Express card may be verified through 3D Secure or SecureCode. To meet the highest security requirements imposed by card suppliers, card payments to Love’n Layer are handled by the payment provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.) instead of via Love’n Layer’s own servers. Klarna Bank AB (publ.) is licenced for 3D Secure and is fully PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant.
Your card will be charged with the purchase amount as soon as we have confirmed the order. You confirm that the payment card used is yours or that you have specifically received the cardholder’s consent to use it. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and approval by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise your payment to Love’n Layer, your order will be cancelled. We are not responsible for any fees or penalties that the card issuer may charge as a result of processing your order.
PAYMENT VIA KLARNA
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ.), we can also offer payment options in Sweden that are handled directly via Klarna:
- Buy now. Pay later.: You select your preferred payment period at checkout: 14 days, next month or Klarna monthly invoice. The payment period begins as soon as the order has been shipped.
- Pay in instalments: The payment is divided according to your choice and paid directly to Klarna via monthly invoices.
- Direct payment.: The payment is handled directly via either credit card, bank account or bank transfer.
The above payment options handled directly by Klarna are only available following an approved credit report. General information about Klarna and their terms of use for each country can be found at klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and in accordance with the information in Klarna’s Privacy Policy.
